Terms of Use
Cuff Agent is provided by Shinya Azuma, an individual developer in Japan. By using the iPhone, Apple Watch or Mac app, you agree to these terms.
License
Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms.
Cuff Pro subscription
- Cuff Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
- New subscribers get a 1-week free trial. Any unused part of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
Your agents, your responsibility
Cuff Agent passes your requests to AI agents that run on your own Mac, under your own accounts. You are responsible for what those agents do on your machines, for reviewing and approving the actions they ask permission for, and for following the terms of the agent providers you use.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from actions taken by your agents or from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
